Installing Coppermine Gallery

While this a leading image gallery, I only suggest this script to users/designers who know how to work with scripts/applications and documentations. You also need a lot of patience to work with this huge file. A cup of coffee and hours of free time are in store for this one if you want to make it work to your exact likely. No if you JUST want to post up pictures regardless of everything else…read below.

Installing…

In your cpanel locate Fantastico and click on it. Once inside, scroll down to the category ‘Image Galleries’, 4Images is the first one to choose from. Clicking on it will take you to the overview page where you are able to install, upgrade, and delete gallery accounts. Click on new installation and fill out the forms. That’s all! Now just follow what the installation instructions and you’re ready to load up your new gallery!

Using Coppermine Gallery

Although, I have heard about troubles with this script, it is widely used and recommended by a lot of users all over the world.

If you ever get lost or confused while using this program, no worries at the top of the page there is a link to documentation where they have a list of how-to’s for you! Probably the only thing I like about this script.
